Using Bembi
Bembi is intended for personal and family use. You may browse and listen to available materials through the website’s features. Do not use Bembi in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the service or infringes the rights of others.
Materials and rights
Bembi’s design, original illustrations, audio recordings, software elements and other materials created for the project may be protected by copyright and other rights. The presence of material on the site does not grant permission to copy, republish, sell or use it in another product without appropriate permission. Rights to story texts may depend on the particular work, source and jurisdiction.
Children and families
Bembi is made for families. Adults are responsible for choosing materials suitable for a particular child and for actions involving external links, contacting Bembi or any future payment features.
Availability
We aim to keep Bembi available and working, but individual pages, audio files or features may temporarily change, be updated or become unavailable because of maintenance or other circumstances.
External services
Bembi may use external infrastructure providers and link to third-party resources. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.
Support and future payments
If Bembi adds financial support, subscriptions or other payment options, the relevant terms, prices and rules will be shown before payment. The rules of the relevant app store will also apply to mobile apps.
